Full life-cycle recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, negotiation of terms & closing)
Assisting candidates with tailoring resume and interview preparation
Ability to multitask and work on several open requirements
Establishing and maintaining a solid networking pipeline for various skill sets
Documenting communications and interactions with candidates in applicant tracking system
Utilizing various social media outlets and job boards to find and attract passive candidates to include LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Dice
