ATCS's Emergency Management Services group is growing! We are seeking qualified ENGINEERING professionals join our team.
These roles will support our Public Assistance Technical Assistance Contracts in ZONE 1 (which extends from along the Atlantic Coast to the Gulf Coast including 19 states and the District of Columbia). Candidates must be willing to deploy to locations in Zone 1. Previous FEMA Public Assistance (PA) experience is required. Qualified candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance, which includes a moderate background investigation.
These roles will work closely with FEMA and government officials to provide disaster assistance for the repair, replacement, and restoration of disaster-damaged, public owned facilities. The Public Assistance Program also encourages protection of these damaged facilities from future events by providing assistance for hazard mitigation measures during the recovery process.

Basic Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen per contract requirements
- Previous experience with Grants Manager/Grants Portal
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance which involves a Moderate Background Investigation with fingerprint and credit checks
- Must possess an undergraduate degree with additional professional experience in engineering
- Must be willing to be deployed on assignment (usually 6-12+ months) to work in Zone 1
- Must be able to withstand physical requirements of the position, including site visits and any other physical demands of the position.
