As the B2B Marketing Manager focused on our SMB segment, you'll define the customer journey and identify the biggest opportunities for growth at each step along the way. You'll help craft marketing campaigns, working with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, product, engagement, and more. In this role, you'll create and drive the marketing strategy from beginning to end. Your audiences will include primarily our self-serve customers -- the fastest-growing segment and a top strategic area of Glassdoor's business -- and our SMB direct sales clients.

Responsibilities
----------------

  • Develop and implement innovative, multi-channel, lifecycle campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline, while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage
  • Develop marketing strategies and integrated campaigns that define our story for this segment. Create campaign briefs/frameworks that communicate the purpose and goals of the campaign, drive the implementation and deliver quality campaigns on-time and on-budget.
  • Manage the relationship with Marketing and Product partners, including goals and priorities alignment, content strategies alignment, new opportunities identification, audience segmentation, and critical metrics
  • Identify and build business cases for and execute on new channel opportunities. Manage program-related Business Requirement Documents (BRD), identify data requirements and use cases to support customer strategies and program goals
  • Partner with the Engagement Marketing team and other channel partners to successfully develop and produce campaigns. Define reporting requirements and own communication of programs performance to leadership
  • Act as the voice of the customer, through insights and institutional knowledge, to influence the product roadmap, and drive impactful messaging in-product, across external channels, and to internal partners.

Requirements
------------

  • 5-7 years of work experience in growth marketing or a growth product management role. Some B2B technology experience desired, but strong B2C candidates also considered.
  • Experience in the design, development and management of lifecycle marketing programs and strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Distinctive problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a demonstrated capacity to roll out highly personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns using iterative A/B test designs
  • End-to-end project owner that is self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
