This individual will join our team of experienced information system associates in support of developing business applications at the corporate office in Fargo, ND.

Design, develop, and maintain core business applications
Create test plans, test cases and perform integration and parallel testing of all processes
Perform quality control of programs and system changes prior to implementation
Implement project installation to production
Diagnose and troubleshoot daily operations, programs and system problems
A strong understanding of programming concepts and ability to adapt to multiple programming languages

4 year bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
12 months experience post bachelor’s degree required in:
CSS3, HTML5, Bootstrap and Kendo UI
Server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
C# with strong OOP skills, and a minimum of two years’ experience with asynchronous programming, multi-threading and LINQ. To design and maintain a full backend architecture from concept to production in ASP.NET.
Writing both technical documentation and instruction manuals
Third-party software integration into new and existing internal software applications.
GIT and Tortoise SVN source control, with emphasis on the earlier to assist in dealing with issues on a given origin master and active branches.
Android Experience, with familiarity on Android Studio, JSON encoding/decoding and publishing apps through AirWatch along with Kotlin and push notifications.
Designing and developing with third-party software integration into new and existing internal software applications.
Designing and developing WinForms, WPF, and UWP.
AJAX to build/maintain both SPAs, and to add/maintain AJAX into existing/new ASP.NET Web Forms through jQuery.
React.js framework or Kendo UI for React
Building and maintaining CI/CD through Bitbucket Pipelines using Python/Go and Amazon Web Services for a range of projects including Android, ASP.NET, Web Applications and WPT.
MySQL, Db2 SQL, and SQL Server
Web services protocol (HTTPS/JSON/REST)
Knowledge based on Coursework or experience with JIRA Software Issue and Project Tracking Tools
Working knowledge based on prior experience with Windows Servers, IIS and networking, in order to help troubleshoot and resolve issues
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Roles are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Must be flexible to work between 8a.m. and 5p.m., Monday through Friday, with some weekends as needed averaging 40 hours per week
