Roles and Responsibilities
Focus on development and continuous improvement of CTS business processes and best practice.
Create systems to support customer centers and sales channels.
Provide local training for the operations channels along with assistance in the implementation of the defined processes.
Provide business support and follow-up.
Benchmark CTS solutions processes with other major players in the Aftermarket business.
Determine the requirements and specifications for business support systems.
Analyze business data and convert to business intelligence to pro-actively change Aftermarket operations.
Be an active member/owner of all CTS operations projects involving process requirements and including other projects like Originair, New Air Academy and Technical Center set up.
Facilitate input from all business and support areas to achieve the desired result (tech service, publications, engineering, purchasing, and finance).
Other duties as assigned.
Solid commercial and technical knowledge. Extensive experience in the CTS business, from an operational point of view. Know the systems in use today (BPCS, IPSM). Experience with CTS sales and marketing side of the business. A good understanding and appreciation of the "Service process".
4-year, Bachelor's Degree in a business, engineering or another relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent English language skills- Other languages are a benefit. Must have knowledgeable technical skills - in Microsoft Office, SAP, BPCS. Good team player, able to interact at the PC and the sales channels. Open, dynamic, and strongly business focused, able to see the "big picture". Willing and able to travel internationally and nationally on a regular basis.
