Regional Sales Director

Ronnoco Coffee, the midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffee, is looking for a Regional Sales Director of Foodservice and Office Coffee to join our team in Chicago, IL. The Sales Director will develop and lead a team of sales representatives, drive strategic initiatives to achieve revenue goals and growth objectives, and build new business while continuing to expand our current customer base in regional sales in IL, MO, and IN.

Successfully partner with and manage relationships with client and serve as key business consultant for the region
Develop and execute new account plans, deliver presentations to new clients, and close business
Implement creative incentives and promotions to encourage the team to hit and/or exceed revenue objectives
Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting process while ensuring those efforts are in line with corporate goals and strategies
Partner with the senior leadership team to identify opportunities for sales process improvement, and facilitate successful implementation of well-defined, efficient, new programs
Act as Ronnoco brand champion and community outreach leader, effectively communicating the differentiated value of Ronnoco's products and services while networking and establishing positive relationships within the regions we serve
Consistently develop business and meet established goals
Prepare and deliver customer contracts, proposals, and presentations, and follow up with key decision makers
Exceed customer expectations by acting proactively, professionally, and in a positive manner

Bachelor's Degree required
5-10 years' professional sales experience, including people management, cold calling experience, and food & beverage sales
Creative, out-of-the-box, independent thinker who can implement new sourcing strategies to incent the team to hit goals and close new business
Professional appearance and attitude
Proven ability to develop a book of business
Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work cross-functionally with all teams
Team player with the ability to maintain a positive attitude and partner with employees and managers across the organization
Must live within the boundaries of assigned territory
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check
