Amplify is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Contract & Legal Operations Manager to join our expanding Legal team.
This individual will be responsible for authoring, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of vendor and operational contracts, as well as supporting the continued build out of contract review and management-related systems and process adoption. This role will also be responsible for optimizing and increasing the efficiency of legal processes within the department and across the company.
This role will collaborate with other attorneys, business teams across the organization, and requires a strong understanding of legal processes and an ability to identify and integrate new technologies to drive process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze and evaluate current legal processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to increase efficiency
Identify and evaluate new technologies that can improve legal processes and departmental efficiency, such as contract management software and artificial intelligence applications
Collaborate with IT and other relevant team members to implement new technologies and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Work closely with the Legal Team and serve as a contact and collaboration point for those with interests across the business to support vendor and other operational agreements from intake through execution to end-of-life.
Manage a high volume of contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure that contracts are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations
Support the ongoing development of contract templates, negotiation playbooks and self-help team member resources to triage and process high-volume agreements.
Run and analyze reports as appropriate to inform improvements and the future directions of the vendor contracts processes.
Provide such other administrative support to the Legal Department as may be required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of relevant professional contracts and legal operations experience
Strong understanding of legal processes and technologies, including contract management, e-discovery, and artificial intelligence
Experience with contract management, legal operations systems, training materials/playbooks and related workflow processes and platforms.
Experience analyzing, synthesizing, explaining and negotiating legal terms. Skilled at negotiating a broad range of agreements, with an understanding of data privacy and security issues related to technology, marketing, supplier and other agreements.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Organized, process-driven and resourceful with an attention to detail, the skill and desire to learn new things and an aptitude for/interest in technology.
A strong written and verbal communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to operate effectively across functions and in stressful situations.
Able to work independently with little guidance, but also with an understanding of when matters need escalation within or outside the Legal team.
Flexible and eager to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines, with an attitude that no task is too big or too small.
Proficiency with Google Drive, contract management software, legal technologies, and efficiency tools such as Lexion, Asana, and Slack.

The gross salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
