Responsibilities: __As a Sales Consultant with Ashley Furniture Home Store, you will be accountable for your individual success within a team environment. Therefore, you must take it upon yourself to be patient, resilient and persistent as you create your customer base via methods that include cold calling, protecting, in store networking and company advertising.Additional responsibilities: Ensuring customer satisfaction before, during and after the sales.Maintaining the aesthetic of your showroom.Demonstrating professionalism in all aspects of the business, including dress and demeanor.Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing an exciting and memorable customer service interaction.Reaching out to your community and network for leads, prospects and referrals.Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management

Requirements: To add value as a Sales Consultant, you must commit yourself to providing outstanding customer service and support to our valued clientele. This position requires a poised and professional individual with emphatic listening skills. You must also be flexible with your schedule - maintaining availability during nights, weekends, holidays and special events.

Additional job requirements: Minimum 1 year sales experience in a Retail/Commission environment.Ability to frequently move about the showroom over an 8-12 hour period.

Bilingual communications skills, a plus

Job Types: Full-time, 100%Commission.

You will start your sales training in our Toms River showroom and then transfer to Manahawkin at GRAND OPENING. Great opportunity for leadership.
