As an Account Executive at our firm your business development skills will contribute to our continuing growth in the recruiting industry. In this position, you will be tasked with acquiring new accounts by developing and maintaining relationships with decision makers across a variety of industries.

Source for hiring managers across our areas of specialization
Manage the full lifecycle hiring process with hiring managers, from assessing to filling needs
Develop professional network through various avenues such as attending marketing and specific industry events, joining user groups, and using advanced internet sourcing techniques
Interface with clients across various industries, ranging from nonprofits to digital advertising agencies
Negotiate and close deals!
We are looking for individuals with:
2 or more years of experience selling B2B, professional services, preferably in staffing setting
A knack for interacting with various types of people
A strong desire to build an entrepreneurial career
