As the Senior Manager of the Embedded and Integrated Solutions Brand Marketing team, this leadership role focuses on the outbound marketing of products and services that are targeted at OEM, system integrator, service provider and channel partners. Through close collaboration with business unit product marketing teams, the Commercial & Enterprise Brand Marketing team is responsible for developing, maintaining and distributing portfolio positioning and use-case content to targeted audiences.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial and Enterprise Corporate Marketing, the Senior Manager of Embedded and Integrated Solutions Brand Marketing will partner with the Corporate Brand, Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, and other Corporate Marketing leaders to create content and drive business results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the brand management and governance activities for enterprise products and services, including brand identity, brand promise and brand experience.
Lead the definition of target markets, audience roles, personas, and care-abouts through collaboration with business unit product marketing teams.
Direct the development of portfolio, use-case and channel partner marketing content through close collaboration with business unit product marketing, channel marketing and marketing communications teams.
Guide worldwide social and digital marketing strategy and plans for targeted enterprise markets.
Facilitate customer and partner councils to bring business units and customers together in a non-sales environment.
Define product announcement, launch event and communications strategies in partnership with the Corporate Communications and Marketing Communications teams.
Support co-marketing activities with customers and solution partners in collaboration with business unit product marketing teams.
Proven results-driven leadership experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or product management team leadership role.
Expertise in marketing to Embedded and Integrated Solutions markets.
Expertise in marketing to and through volume and value driven channel partners.
Proven capabilities in managing up, down and across large organizations.
Proven ability to serve as an agent of change in large established companies.
Undergraduate degree. MBA preferred.
