Territory Manager (TM) – Mid-Atlantic Region
The Territory Manager (TM) directs the retail execution of Hallmark service activities across all mass channel banners for approximately 600 accounts located in the Raleigh, NC area.

The TM is responsible for achieving all scorecard measurements which include revenue growth, service compliance and successful management of service budgets. TM will effectively lead a team of part-time service employees; approximately 12 direct reports (Territory Supervisors / Territory Trainers) and about 100-120 indirect store level Retail Merchandisers to ensure service execution of all product and programs. The TM is responsible for hiring, training, legal compliance, assessing and managing performance, conducting and delivering performance reviews, developing talent, and recognizing, and rewarding strong contributors.
The ideal candidate is currently located in the greater Raleigh, NC area.
This Region is part of the Mass Service Organization (MSO) customer team. We are responsible for driving strategic alignment, store level retail execution and revenue growth with major retail chains. Some of our key customers include Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Dollar Tree, Lowes Foods and Kroger to name a few. These are some of Hallmark's largest retail customers.

The following is required to be considered for this role:
1+ years Mass Channel, drug store, food store, consumer product goods (CPG) vendor or retail experience
Professional experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
Cannot have three or more driving-related violations in a 3 year period, or a record of any driving-related violations or offense involving drugs or alcohol within the last five years.

3+ years Mass Channel, drug store, food store, consumer product goods (CPG) vendor or retail experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to work independently
Leadership & people management skills: ability to direct, manage and motivate a part-time Service team
Organizational & time management skills: ability to multi-task and manage multiple, changing priorities
Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively (written & verbal)
Customer relationship building skills: ability to develop current and new customer relationships
Preference will be given to candidates currently living in the market
