The Financial Analyst is an integral part of the National Accounts team, providing key financial analysis and insights to the Away From Home channel. This individual will own pricing and financial analysis for the Pizza/Mexican business, while working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operational counterparts on strategic initiatives. The individual will drive channel projects and important routines with significant exposure to all areas of the business.
Key Components of the role
Prepare and analyze customer P&L’s to optimize pricing and drive profitability
Review financial results and investigate variances between expectations and actual results
Cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Sales, and Operations on important projects, such as new product commercialization and capital expenditure requests
Contribute to presentations for Senior Leadership and influence decision making
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to understand financial results and track KPI’s
Analytical support and predictive modeling of channel strategic initiatives
Significant ad hoc opportunities for data analysis and process improvement
BS in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration required
Demonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumen
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies
Ability to learn new systems and work with large data sets
Advanced Excel technical skills required
