Pilera, Inc. (www.pilera.com) is a leading provider of property management software. We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for lead generation, scheduling and presenting demos to interested new prospects, and closing business. Our ideal candidate is one with proven success in generating qualified leads through in-person visits, phone calls and email programs. 2-5 years of experience in software sales required, experience in the property management industry a plus. We offer a competitive base salary plus commission package. This position includes travel of 25-50%.

  • Experience in conducting in-person sales presentations helpful
  • Technical competency

Primary Responsibilities:

  • 2-5 years of software sales experience required
  • Generate, develop and manage lead pipeline
  • Consistently manage a schedule of outbound calls and email
  • Present Pilera and conduct on-site demos to prospects
  • Attend industry shows throughout the country
  • Nurture leads and close prospects
  • Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and opportunities in CRM database (Saleforce.com)
