MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), an Alion company, is looking for an IO Intelligence Analyst who will provide strategic and trans-regional/operational Information Operations Intelligence Integration and Human Influence support to JIOWC, Joint Staff, and CCMD staffs to augment the capabilities, tools, and technologies supporting the JIOWC intelligence mission set; identify opportunities to enhance processes by gathering data, knowledge, and information concepts and technologies; and support joint projects with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Scope: The JIOWC requires assistance with strategic joint IO and informational power planning and analytical expertise and services to support Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) and DOD efforts to integrate joint information activities and capabilities. The contractor personnel shall provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to address strategic trans-regional (cross-theater) IO planning, integration and assessment issues related to IO at the Joint Staff / Joint Force level, trans-regional/operational IOII and Human Influence/Factors to augment the capabilities, tools, and technologies supporting the JIOWC intelligence mission set, identifying opportunities to enhance processes by gathering data, knowledge, and information concepts and technologies, and supporting Joint subject matter expert (SME) projects as described and detailed in the tasks below.

Requirements:
Intelligence Subject Matter Expert with a minimum of eight(8) plus years experience and demonstrated experience working regional and functional combatant command intelligence issues.Must have demonstrated knowledge, understanding, and expertise in the following:

Standard intelligence search tools, analytic tools, and dissemination tools. Must be able to demonstrate various analytical methodologies to support analysis
At least ten (10) years of experience utilizing Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES)/Joint Operation Planning Process (JOPP), Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX), Joint and Service operational and intelligence structures, the elements of the intelligence community (IC), and intelligence equipment capabilities and service manpower systems.
Demonstrated knowledge, understanding, and expertise utilizing typical intelligence search tools, analytic tools, and dissemination tools and the ability to demonstrate various analytical methodologies to support analysis.
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience, demonstrated knowledge, understanding, and expertise in at least two (2) of the following standard intelligence automation applications (TAC, CRATE, COLISEUM, INTELINK, I-SPACE, CIA WIRe, Open Source Center or PALANTIR
At least ten (10) years of relevant experience with the targeting cycle, Military Intelligence Database (MIDB), Computer Network Operations Database (CNODB), target audience analysis, and entity characteristics (reference: JP 3-60 and CJCSM 3370.01).
At least ten (10) years of relevant experience with the Information Operations Community, IC, DoD, and the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force including how each of the same views, supports, or conducts information environment analysis and integrates intelligence in support of information operations.
At least ten (10) years of relevant technical writing and editorial support in intelligence production at the strategic level for DOD or the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) including an emphasis in product visualization options.
At least twelve (12) years of relevant experience conducting all-source intelligence and assessments, and the demonstrated ability to analyze/characterize, assess, and describe changes in the information environment baseline OR at least ten (10) years of said experience and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in a relevant field of study such as intelligence studies or global security.
Demonstrated staffing skills and strategic level writing experience and experience working in and interacting with high level organizations within the DOD such as Joint Staff, CCMDs, and other US Federal agencies.
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience conducting assessments and demonstrate the ability to assess and describe changes in the information environment baseline

Position Specific:
Possess at least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in fused intelligence analysis which shall include relevant experience in researching, analyzing, preparing, and producing first-rate Defense Department and Intelligence Community products including papers and briefings for senior executive-level audiences such as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS), Secretary of Defense (SECDEF), and President of the United States (POTUS).
