Construction Coordinator

AECOM - Dallas, TX

AECOM is seeking a highly talented Project Coodinator for immediate employment in Dallas, Texas.

Typical Responsibilities:
+ On a daily basis, provide coordination support to Construction Manager on multiple projects. Requires tracking of RFI's, Submittals, Schedules, Meeting Attendance, and coordination with CM team and airport DCC staff.

+ Under general direction, applies advanced skills to the position.

+ Resolves problems using advanced techniques and procedures.

+ Ability to plan, organize, and complete assigned tasks.

+ Maintains and organizes engineering documentation on an enterprise content management system which includes identification and generation of reports

+ May be responsible for leading a departmental process as assigned by management.

+ May orient, train, assign, and check the work of lower level employees.

Minimum Requirements

+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

+ Must be able to obtain a SIDA-cleared badge at DFW (Dallas Fort Worth International Airport)

Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project or Construction Management

+ 2 years of years of planning, scheduling, project administration and/or construction management related activities
