Every doctor is different and we feel your earning potential should reflect the effort you put in. Whether an experienced doctor or a new grad, you’ll have an initial guaranteed salary to give you peace of mind as you settle into your new practice. From there, sky is the limit as you earn 33% of collections and outpace the base salary. Common range for most providers earning on collections is $150-$200k+!

We have a wealth of options for you to choose from including: Implant courses, local study clubs, scholarships to attend the Pankey Institute, hands on mentorship, Invisalign courses and more. If something outside of our offerings sparks your interest, we offer up to $1,500 yearly to our doctors (and paid time off) to attend the CE of your choice as well.
