Job Description
This role is located in the Seattle, WA area (Local Candidates are preferred).

Perform various administrative and project related activities in support of an individual or group varying in size. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following: Drafts, composes, types, and proofs correspondence using current office software applications; creates and sustains systems for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of confidential information; schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events; organizes and manages calendar schedule(s) for manager and/or department; makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports; maintains office supplies; manages office and coordination of office needs with building and corporate services; manages departmental recognition; tracks headcount and spending; serves as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures; and is a resource for office related software applications.

Duties may also include execution of research, data analysis, and preparing reports/recommendations. Copies, collates, sorts and distributes materials. Assignments are complex and diversified in nature and may require working within a globally dispersed team. Work performed within generally defined parameters.

Works in a diverse and more complex environment; and includes some customer and executive contact. Performs more complex administrative activities including managing projects, calendaring and travel coordinating, composing Ietters and reports, preparing/editing presentations, and recommending or making purchase decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 5-7 years related administrative experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working in a small office and managing office activities.
Strong Calendar management across multiple time zones including coordinating complex meetings that require senior management attendance
Managing close working relationships with key business stakeholders/leaders in the associated orgs
Must have the ability to learn quickly, develop robust procedures for critical tasks, understand the organizational structure and objectives of the team and work under pressure
Extensive experienced in booking domestic/international travel along with visa/passport needs and manage expenses
Strong customer orientation and interactive team player
Able to quickly and accurately assess the importance of a phone call, email, or document and take appropriate action to involve the appropriate parties
Maintaining and publishing organizational charts, contact lists and manage multiple email distribution lists
Judgment in dealing with confidential and sensitive information and ensuring accurate and timely distribution of information
Strong Calendar management including coordinating complex meetings that require senior management attendance.
Has intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and basic presentation or database applications.
Experience working with Microsoft* Office* including Outlook*, Word*, Excel*, PowerPoint*
