The franchised La Quinta by Wyndham location in Columbus , Ohio is seeking a Maintenance (Franchise) to join its team at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Columbus West - Hilliard.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly

Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, utilizing schematics and technical manuals

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements
-
Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks
-
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner to minimize downtime
-
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance concerns promptly and effectively
-
Supervise contractors or external service providers when necessary
- Fire inspection record keeping, State and city fire inspections
-
Experience with electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and logic controllers

Pool maintenance, chemical knowledge, record keeping

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise others effectively

Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to identifying issues and finding solutions

Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate maintenance records

Excellent customer service skills to address maintenance concerns promptly and professionally
- Proficient in reading manuals
