Work within the Sales Support Team which has ownership of all Sales Data in both the financial track (QuickBooks - Customer POs) and the production track (MES - Physical part flow). Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that all systems are in alignment and that all orders are tracked and processed within promised turnaround times.
JOB DUTIES
Take ownership of customer order pipeline including:
- Coordinating with internal and external customers to resolve order discrepancies
- Receiving, verifying the accuracy of, and processing Purchase orders from customers utilizing QuickBooks and MES systems (and customer systems where available)
- Monitoring WIP and actively working with internal and external customers to resolve roadblocks to on-time delivery including revising due dates, locking orders to prevent incomplete or incorrect shipments
- Coordinating with internal departments to prevent and resolve Accounts Receivable issues
Take ownership of internal non-conforming product flow including:
- Monitoring Incoming Rejection & Non-Conformance lists
- Working with Quality Department to clarify recommendations
- Processing routine and auto-dispositioned cases through MES
- Pulling reports for items needing customer feedback and providing them to Sales Reps along with projected costs of recommended resolutions
- Processing IR/NC cases through MES according to customer feedback received
- Aligning all systems when order changes occur
- Communicating changes to internal departments
Manage Spare Parts inventory including:
- Initiating orders for stock where min/max levels exist
- Processing orders for spot buys
- Taking ownership of physical movement to and from stock shelves
- Processing customer orders in MES
- Physical inventory counts as needed
- Coordinate new item registration process across all systems to ensure data integrity and accurate records
- Escalate to Sales Representatives or/and management team when issues arise
- Work collectively
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong computer skills including QuickBooks, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- The ability to perform multiple complex analyses simultaneously.
- The ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Work independently and use good judgment.
- Demonstrate pro-active attitudes, practices and behaviors for organizational goal attainment.
- Ability to coordinate activities effectively and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Complete projects and assignments in agreed upon timeframes.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
- Four year college degree preferred.
- Two or more years of prior customer service, production control, or accounting experience preferred.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
