RESTORE Registered Nurse Job Description
Restore Cryotherapy is the antithesis to the traditional doctor's office.

We provide whole body and localized cryotherapy, infrared sauna therapy, stretch therapy, IV services, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, allergy testing and treatment, photobiomodulation light therapy, stretching and a variety of blood testing and diagnostic services. Additional modalities will be added periodically.

Restore Hyper Wellness and Cryotherapy currently operates 13 locations nationwide. The ideal candidate would have the following characteristics:

*This is a part-time position. We are seeking a candidate with flexible availability. Shift availability and hours may fluctuate based on business needs. Additional hours may be required during peak periods and special events. Please indicate your availability in your cover letter. The schedule will be discussed at the interview.

To administer injections, intravenous therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy
Perform nursing assessment and evaluation and under Restore Cryotherapy's established medical and nursing protocols and orders, administers two primary nursing services: IV therapy and intramuscular injections using the prescribed formula and an array of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants; and mild hyperbaric oxygen treatments. Uses electronic medical records to document client visit and therapies received. Under the providers' and nursing director's supervision, addresses and answers client questions using the Nursing Reference Guide and communicates to the nursing team any issues and/or adverse events. Exhibits use of therapeutic communication, exceptional customer service, professionalism, timeliness, efficiency and teamwork in all aspects of work. Maintains a level of knowledge conducive to providing high quality, competitive and kind nursing care.
Marginal / Incidental Functions
Assists staff with other store services. Opportunity to participate in off-site nursing events and special projects. Participates in periodical and mandatory nursing evaluations. Other related functions as assigned.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Utah. Two years of nursing experience as a nurse in acute care settings (ER, ICE, Med-Surg, or similar). One year experience administering injections. Experience with a high comfort level using a computer to document. Demonstrated ability to successfully work with a diverse community and provide services from a non-judgmental perspective. The equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as needed.
Three or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting, within the last 5 years. Two or more years of experience administering injections and intravenous therapy. More than one year of experience providing health-related client education to an adult population. At least one year experience in sale or customer service. Experience using electronic medical records. Demonstrated good communication, interpersonal skills, team-building skills, efficient work habits, cleanliness, and professional demeanor.
May work around usual office and outpatient conditions. During busy periods, may require long periods of time standing and/or walking and administering multiple IVs and injections at a time. Must be able to chart accurately and in a timely fashion. May work around biohazards. Exposure to bloodborne pathogens is possible. Exposure to chemicals and commercial items typically found in offices, medical clinics, and building repairs /maintenance.
