Works with the Messaging team to operate and maintain the Exchange messaging environment, and to provide exceptional support to the end user population.
The position requires intimate knowledge of Exchange and Exchange Online.
Completion of end user incident tickets, end user request for new Exchange items, Change management within the Exchange environment, interaction with end users for problem resolution, and resolution of escalated issues within the Messaging environment.
Standard Exchange maintenance and operations to include the following: New account creation, shared mailbox creation, DL creation/maintenance, license provisioning with Office 365, transport rule creation/modification, cyber incident response activities, and update and maintenance of on-premise Exchange services.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5-7 years’ experience in lieu of degree
This is a junior to mid level position and may require project work outside of daily duties.
Job requires prior experience in related field with at least 2 years of Exchange Administration experience.
Experience with the following: Windows Server 2003, 2008,2012,2016; Exchange Server 2010,2013,2016, Exchange Online; Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams; Microsoft ADFS
DNS and DMARC,DKIM, and SPF
