Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years professional experience in strategy, consulting or business operations
Experience leading strategic and operational initiatives
Experience managing individuals and leading cross-functional teams
Excellent leadership presence, with the ability to inspire across all levels of the organization and experience influencing senior leaders through judgment and data
Ability to think big and systemically, with a bias to action and attention to detail
Excellent business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

We are the product and business experts behind the GCS sales teams responsible for driving sustainable business growth and product adoption. We identify opportunities through data-driven analyses, develop business cases for those opportunities, drive alignment with stakeholders across organizations (Sales, Product, Marketing), and program manage these cross-functional teams to drive GCS advertiser success.

In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.
Lead overall third-party strategy, including go-to-market/activation as well as product enablement.
Be the overall GCS product lead to define criteria for API readiness, and partner with Product Management on development of specific product APIs. Define and influence the development of technical solutions to enable partner integrations.
Develop robust commercialization plans and drive partner activation in close partnership with Channel Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product Management and others.
Develop and manage annual and quarterly plans ensuring Channel Sales and Product Management are aligned on partner needs, critical business opportunities, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goal impact.
Manage individual contributors responsible for leading project workstreams in support of the team efforts.
