JOB SUMMARY: (Hybrid)
As Social Media Marketing Coordinator at ata football, you'll work within our social media team to manage posting, the development and creation of content and our ambassador and influencer marketing efforts across social media. You'll also work across marketing efforts with our onsite grassroots activations and partner deliverables (sponsors and strategic partners) all with the goal of building brand awareness, community engagement and membership growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the social media team on strategic and creative content ideas, creation and execution
Manage posting across social media platforms
Create, manage and execute ambassador and influencer campaigns that drive follower and membership growth
Ambassador and influencer campaigns should be planned with clear objectives and in partnership with the greater social media team to maximize results
Analyze performance and communicate results to senior team members for all campaigns
Create manage and execute grassroots social media initiatives and activations that increase brand awareness and grow membership
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
Routinely communicate and collaborate with social influencers, platform partners, and internal teams
Start and maintain relationships with ambassadors and influencers to create long-term, successful partnerships
Build an understanding of a women's football audience
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES
Comfortable creating content
Comfortable leading outreach to influencers, negotiating deals, and heading projects
Comfortable managing influencer and ambassadors
Comfortable using analytics tools to extract insights and calculate ROI for campaigns
Excels at project management and coordination to execute campaigns and activations
Understands how social communities are built and how to generate engagement
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, sports management, or other related field
3+ years of experience working in marketing, content creation, or other relevant fields
Proven track record in social media and influencer marketing with attributable customer growth
Experience as an influencer, host and/or brand ambassador is a plus
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Manage regular monthly communication with ata ambassadors
Work with the team to drive social media audience growth by 60% annually
Work to maintain and improve engagement rate of 5% or higher
