6 years of relevant experience in a Partner Management, Business Development, Sales or Marketing capacity at an agency, technology or media company.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Outstanding sales techniques including effective questioning, objection handling, competitive selling.
Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising sales, business development, client relationships and servicing skills, and solution-based selling context.
Experience enabling business growth through partnerships, including partner education on product and sales skills, planning and executing acquisition activities, implementing sales processes, consulting on business models and sales incentive structures, and pipeline management.
Demonstrated ability to operate strategically regarding complex challenges and developing recommendations and action plans. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Demonstrate thought leadership, ability to influence, and high executive functioning.

As a New Business Manager, you'll be responsible for accelerating new business growth with Agencies. To accomplish this, you will develop and manage relationships with new business development leaders at assigned agencies. You will empower agencies to strengthen and accelerate their new business development pipeline by delivering strategic value adds such as sales training and scaled events. Further, you will actively manage an opportunity pipeline and co-pitch advertiser prospects in collaboration with new business development teams at the agencies.

Meet assigned quarterly targets, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding business experience to Google's top managed agency partners.
Identify growth areas for our partners to drive new business and develop long-term pipeline; includes partnering to build new program structures, training opportunities and product go-to-market strategies.
Manage relationships with primary agency business development teams and influence C/B-level leadership.
Build compelling, data-driven, long-term agency acquisitions plans leveraging internal and third-party data. Synchronize agency acquisitions plans with the Google Agency team and internal cross-functional teams.
Be an ongoing thought partner for the Group Lead on strategic initiatives and agency-level planning.
