Community Support Professional Choices for Adult Learning (CAL) is the only adult day program of its kind in California, designed to meet the unique needs of adults with significant behavioral challenges and intellectual disabilities.
What will your day look like? Your day will be filled with fun, active, engaging and purposeful activities that help our clients through all aspects of daily life. Whether it’s hiking a local trail, gardening in TERI’s Certified Organic Farm, attending a music class, riding horses at TERI’s Equestrian Program or teaching a new beneficial life skill, you will be making a Positive Impact in the life of someone touched by special needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hands-on position, providing direct training, development, and supervision to adults in the CAL program.
- Responsibilities include active treatment,
- Program planning, documentation, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA),
- Behavior modification and safety/crisis response.
- Company vehicle provided during working hours.
Shift: Full-Time Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Range: $18.00 - $19.00/ hour

Skills/ Requirements:
- Highschool diploma/ GED is desirable.
- 1 year of related work experience with Intellectual nd Developmental disabilities.
- Experience and understanding of implementing Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Must have the ability to pass a background check.
- Acceptable Driving History.
