Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and motivated Part-Time Administrative/HR Business Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a passion for health and wellness who thrives in a multi-faceted environment. You will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions, HR duties, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling both professional and business appointments and managing administration calendars, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Oversee the maintenance of office facility and equipment
- Handle customer inquiries and support client service operations
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, reports, and notices
-Monitoring and executing phones calls and messages, emails, deliveries, etc
-Coordinate, screen, and participate in hiring all event staff as needed
-Other Administrative Assistant duties as necessary
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations issues
- Organize and facilitate staff training and development programs
-Utilize HRIS systems such as ADP, PeopleSoft, SAP Concur, Kronos, and Ceridian for payroll processing and data management
-Managing expense receipts and reports
- Lead organizational design efforts to optimize workforce efficiency
- *Business Development Tasks:*
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contracts, employees, and partnerships
- Assist in research and application of relevant government contracts, grants and funding opportunities
- Plan and execute medium to large-scale wellness and educational events
- Network and represent Synergized Coaching Solutions at meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners
*Qualifications: *
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Relations, or related field
- Proven experience in administrative and HR roles, preferably within the health and wellness, sector
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience with ADP, PeopleSoft, SAP Concur, Kronos, Ceridian, or similar HRIS systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
