We are currently seeking a skilled Fabric Inspector to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator Specialist. The ideal candidate will excel in project management, IT support, and development projects. This role requires strong experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Oversee and manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Ticket Review:
- Evaluate incoming tickets, prioritize based on urgency, and assign them to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Monitor ticket resolution progress and ensure timely and satisfactory completion.
- Maintain detailed records of ticket statuses and resolutions.
IT Support:
- Provide technical support to employees, addressing software issues promptly and effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating more complex issues as necessary.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT support processes and procedures.
Development Projects:
- Collaborate with the development team on projects, contributing ideas, code, and support as needed.
- Assist in coding, testing, debugging, and implementing solutions for various IT-related projects.
- Ensure code quality through adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL.
- Proven experience in project management and IT support.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends and advancements in technology.
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
Schedule:
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Monday to Friday
