Full Job Description
Comcast Spectacor Gaming is looking for a System Admin to join the Technology team. This role will be extremely focused on project management and IT tech support to the larger Spectacor Gaming team. This position is based in Glendale, CA. Knowledge and experience with Esports and gaming will be very helpful. This team supports the system that are critical to our innovative gaming network:
Providing support for the day to day operations of the team and our initiatives.
Working closely with the engineering departments on supporting the infrastructure upgrades and changes.
Ensuring that all support incidents are resolved in a timely manner to minimize any loss of productivity.
Communicating updates to the larger Spectacor Gaming team Advocating for our clients to other technology departments in support of Spectacor Gaming Daily problem solving of tech issues
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
3 years of relevant work experience Experience with solving IT issues, comfortable with technology
Previous Experience working with software engineers and Agile methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Ability to successfully prioritize your objectives and manage your time
Previous experience with software QA and performance measuring tools Excellent documentation, organization and communication skills
Photoshop experience Previous web design experience (such as Adobe XD)
Previous experience Amazon Web Services(AWS) Previous IT support experience
