We’re looking for a talented Contract Corporate Recruiter who will support the growing needs of our Seattle Corporate Office. This individual will be responsible for recruiting cross-functional positions both technical and non-technical in scope. If you are a creative thinker with experience in full-cycle, in-house recruitment, and a track record of sourcing hard-to-fill, passive talent, we’d be interested in speaking with you.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work closely with hiring managers to scope job specifications and requirements; develop, refresh and refine job descriptions as needed
Partner with Hiring Managers to drive the recruiting process forward in a timely and efficient manner
Partner with HRBPs, Compensation and Finance to ensure Organization structure and talent gaps are being looked at and thoughtfully recruited against, positions are scoped correctly to align with the targeted level and compensation and that positions are budgeted and approved from the get-go
Develop and build out advertising channels to drive candidate pipeline – social media channels, events, meet-ups, and conferences
Be point across the entire recruiting process from start to close
Work on special projects as needed - brown bag, training sessions, etc.
Aggressively market and sell Big Fish as an employer of choice to top tier candidates

This position requires the following skills and experience:
3-5 years of demonstrated successful recruiting experience in a high-growth environments; experience recruiting for a variety of positions at all levels
Experience managing a recruiting cycle from start to finish a must
Experience identifying, developing and maintaining recruiting contacts and sources of potential passive candidates
Ability to maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the interview lifecycle and represent Big Fish in the most professional manner
Experience with Microsoft Office, ATS (Jobvite ideally) and social media channels
Demonstrated success leveraging social media platforms to build pipeline

An excellent communicator – both written and verbal
Curious and always dialed in to the latest and creates recruiting channels, trends and methods in the industry
