Role Overview: As an Event Set-Up Staff member at Xtreme Energy, your primary focus will be on event set-up and ensuring that every party and event we host is a resounding success. You will work closely with our Party Hosts to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Event Preparation:
- Collaborate with Party Hosts to arrange party decorations and setup according to the chosen theme.
- Ensure all party supplies and decorations are ready and set up to create a fantastic party atmosphere.
Guest Interaction:
- Support Party Hosts during introductions and engage with parents and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and addressing any questions or concerns.
Party Room Setup and Maintenance:
- Prepare the party room with tableware, decor, and any additional requirements before guest arrival.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the party room during and after the event to ensure it's ready for the next group.
- Ensure decorations and event-related items are organized in assigned storage areas.
- Contribute to the creation of balloon decorations.
Party Timing and Service:
- Assist in maintaining a strict party timing schedule to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Keep the party zone and café seating areas tidy and well-organized.
Professionalism and Teamwork:
- Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times, offering top-notch customer service.
- Work closely with Party Hosts, Event Manager, and other team members to create a seamless and enjoyable event experience for our guests.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Be flexible and ready to perform other related duties as assigned by the Event Manager to support the successful execution of events.
