Job Description/Overview:
We are seeking exceptional candidates to join our growing autonomous vehicle business team! Autonomous vehicles are an important part of Ford’s future and we are looking for the best and brightest. The role will require critical thinking and problem solving capabilities to support leaders that make strategic decisions that will enable Ford to be a leader in autonomy, connectivity, mobility, customer experience, and analytics.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules and appointment calendars, meeting notices and agendas, and prepare material for day(s) ahead.
Resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely manner and issue new meeting notices, often involving global personnel and locations and use of Net Meeting/WebEx technologies
Responsible for general office management and organization. Maintain office filing system and record retention, manage incoming and outgoing mail and manage e-mail correspondence, including monitoring for priority e-mails, responding to scheduling changes and urgent requests or other tasks while Executive is in meetings or away from office
Receive and screen telephone calls and voice mail and respond to requests for information
Create and modify Word and Excel documents, distribute documents to organization, print, photocopy, scan and fax documents as required
Complete Pre-Trip travel requests, schedule travel and process Travel and Expense Reports
Maintain organization chart, distribution lists, vacation schedule, travel schedule, emergency contact list, phone list and other information as needed for Executive
Coordinate and assist with department meeting logistics, etc.
Other ad hoc administrative tasks/assignments as per business need

Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3+ Years of experience working with Senior level managers and their Administrative Assistants

Preferred Qualifications

Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Well organized with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Proficient in the use of standard company software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Proficient in the use of the Internet/Web, Internal (Ford) and External
A proactive person – experience organizing and coordinating itinerary for travel and executive meeting
Detail oriented
