We are looking for a passionate and motivated Marketing Director to join our team and help us improve our census by building strong relationships in the healthcare community.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Director will be responsible for driving outreach efforts to increase our resident census and enhance our community's visibility within the healthcare landscape. This role requires a proactive, energetic individual who is eager to make an impact and take the next step in their healthcare career. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of skilled nursing facilities and assisted living operations and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach and Relationship Building:
- Actively engage with social workers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals in local nursing homes and hospitals to foster strong relationships.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to promote our assisted living services and establish referral networks.
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance our community’s visibility and attract new residents.
- Utilize data and market research to identify opportunities for growth and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze marketing initiatives and their effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve census goals.
- Provide regular updates to management on outreach efforts, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing or sales is a plus, but we welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Basic understanding of assisted living and skilled nursing facility operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
