Come join a friendly and diverse team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Director for Early Intervention in Northern Worcester County, MA.

The Early Intervention (EI) team provides strength-based, family-centered services for young children under three years of age who have developmental delays or are at risk of a developmental delay. Services are designed to meet the needs of each infant or toddler, and the needs of their family. The EI team provides services in the home/community setting with the goal of enhancing the child’s physical, cognitive, communication, social-emotional and adaptive skills.

This position offers a wonderful opportunity to join an expanding multi-disciplinary team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for young children and families. In this role, you will provide direct intervention services to children 0-3 and their families.

Responsibilities
Provides administrative oversight of the program
Oversees staffing and general program development
Ensures the implementation of high quality clinical services
Maintains a quality driven, cost efficient operational system.
Encourages and supports diverse views and approaches, demonstrates Standards of Respect, and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, respect, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients and visitors.
Qualifications
Masters Degree preferred; Bachelor degree candidates with significant supervisory and clinical experience will be considered
Administrative and/or supervisory experience
Certified as an EI specialist or eligible for certification as an EI specialist
Minimum of three years of experience working in EI.
Familiarity with EI systems and standards
Current valid US-issued drivers license and ability to provide a registered, inspected and insured automobile for work related purposes including travel between work sites
Must be able to pass a CORI background check
