Position Summary: The Product Development Nutrition and Documentation Coordinator (Temp) will assist the Wawa Product Development team with developing and communicating product standards to meet business and regulatory goals, maintaining finished product documentation in all internal and consumer facing databases, generating product labels that meet regulatory requirements and responding to nutrition related inquiries from external customers.
Communicate Wawa internal nutrition and wellness policies to key stakeholders and evaluate innovation products compliance.
Administer product specification request and review process by completing the documentation step, send product specification requests to our suppliers through the system and then review and follow up with suppliers through completion/approval.
Maintain accurate recipe and nutrition information in necessary.
Generate product nutrition and ingredient information for product labels that are in compliance with US regulatory requirements.
Respond to nutrition related inquiries from internal and external customers, and support development of resources that communicate product information and health and wellness product goals for external customers.
Verify web product information and other marketing material product information details are accurate and correctly displayed on the Wawa website nutrition calculator (or any other customer facing communications).
Support sensory and product evaluation processes within nutrition team scope of work.
Assist with other department initiatives, as needed.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Genesis Software preferred.
