Day to day as a Regional Marketing Specialist
As a Full-Time Regional Marketing Specialist at Broadpoint Consulting Services, you will be an essential resource for Administrators, Directors of Nursing (DONs), and Social Service Staff in managing referrals and boosting census development. Your role will involve establishing strong relationships with Discharge Planners in Acute Care Hospitals across Mid-Missouri. You'll assess clinical needs of referrals and communicate effectively with staff, while also providing education on financial coverage during potential stays. By compiling monthly census development data for submission to the CEO, you'll ensure continuous progress tracking. Conducting market research to understand trends among potential residents and coordinating outside marketing efforts are key components of this position.
Your expertise will not only increase resident census but also enhance the referral processes within our facilities.
What we're looking for in a Regional Marketing Specialist
To excel in the Full-Time Regional Marketing Specialist position at Broadpoint Consulting Services, you will need a strong foundation built on relevant skills and experience. A degree in Nursing, Social Work, or a related field is essential, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in the healthcare sector. A genuine interest in assisting residents facing physical, mental, or social impairments will be critical.
Your expertise in administering assessments to determine resident needs will enable effective communication with staff and families alike. Successful candidates will also possess experience in human services advocacy for patients or residents, ensuring their voices are heard and needs are met. Strong interpersonal skills will be vital for building relationships with acute discharge planners and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient well-being.
