As a Senior Workforce Environment Administrator, you will be responsible for providing consultative guidance and case management support on various employee issues pertaining to compliance, policy and employee relations. You will need to build strong partnerships and work closely with all levels of management, HR Business Partners, and other internal teams with a goal of driving a consistent, equitable and positive experience for our team members in line with our company values. You will also need to be comfortable and confident managing multiple issues, at times for competing stakeholders, in a fast and ever-changing environment.
Providing guidance on team member concerns while assisting and demonstrating effective listening, probing, and investigatory skills with the ability to clearly and objectively synthetize information in a timely manner
Partner directly with the Employment Practices team and HR Business Partners, on recommendations to resolve inquiries, concerns, and opportunities for change in line with our company values
Act as a champion for compliance, helping to interpret company policies and processes, ensure consistent application, alignment with company priorities, and educate team members and other stakeholders as needed
Own assigned workforce environment cases in our case management system. Documenting findings according to best practices.
Providing follow-up and assistance to workforce environment administrators to keep cases meeting SLAs
Input, triage, and complete cases in our case management system and/or other systems of record
Partner with HR business partners, Employment Practices and other COEs to champion and promote a positive and open workplace environment, where team members are comfortable seeking guidance and receiving a prompt resolution of issues
Assist with information gathering for team member concerns and other reporting requirements
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
Preferred 4+ years of experience in an HR professional environment
Ability to think and understand at all team member levels (exempt, non-exempt, corporate, field) when resolving issues
Strong influencing skills with the ability to advise and influence HR Business Partners and all levels of management around recommendations for resolving concerns and issues
Able to work with a minimum of supervision and with a sense of urgency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capable of applying sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong analytical skills, including ability to extract data
