  • Increasing RevPAR
  • Pricing products appropriately and strategically per ADR, location and customer profile
  • Increasing guest satisfaction, hotel performance, and brand awareness

As we work with the hotel staff and hospitality management teams, our projects begin with an evaluation based on the needs of their lobby retail space. As the project progresses, we implement an updated and optimized interior design and merchandising strategy as well as personalized product selection and pricing. Ongoing retail management then involves tracking analytics, automated wholesale replenishment, strategic price changes, and reporting which are managed remotely through our iOS based, personalized check-out and Inventory Manager.

In conjunction with the local merchandising rep in the Area (to be hired), the Territory Sales Manager will ensure retail operations are effortless and profitable to the hotel.

Job Summary

The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing sales in hotels and resorts within the defined territory of the Atlanta metro area by managing current accounts and prospecting and closing new accounts. The territory is defined as a 100-mile radius of Atlanta.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Growing overall sales totals for the territory
  • Adding new accounts and maintaining current accounts
  • Visualizing space and merchandising solutions
  • Licensing technology for point-of-sale
  • Training hospitality staff in best practices and SOPs
  • Building customer relationships with current customers
  • 100% travel within the territory

Qualifications and Skills

  • A four-year college degree
  • Knowledge and experience in hospitality
  • Superior technology skills
  • Ability to operate under minimal supervision
  • Simultaneously manage multiple tasks
  • Proven organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Demonstrate strong written, oral and telephone communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to take initiative in all aspects of job duties
  • Be a self-motivated & independently driven team member
  • Inherent intellectual curiosity to learn and grow within the company
  • A hands-on mentality willing to undertake new projects on a regular basis
  • Communication & interpersonal skills
  • Maintain relations with customers by organizing and taking the initiative to suggest developing specific customer-relations programs
  • Salesforce, NetSuite or other CRM experience preferred
  • Prior experience with inventory management software preferred
  • Strong sales experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry
