Health Facility Surveyor (K0229861) in the Bureau of Community Health Systems
This position is largely responsible for triaging incoming complaints against non-long-term health care facilities and providers. The position will also assist in the Quality Assurance function for the program, mandated reporting to law enforcement agencies and other interested State agencies. The position will maintain complaint tracking data and communicate with the Regional Office of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services regarding incoming complaints.
