You may know Bounty Hunter Wine Bar & Smokin’ BBQ restaurant in downtown Napa, or you may have seen our catalog once or twice, but many people do not really know who we are and what we do. For nearly twenty years, we’ve made it our business to track down the hottest wines and spirits the world has to offer and sell them to our customers all over the country. In the beginning, our founder Mark Pope made it his job to seek out each individual wine and connect directly with every one of our customers. Even though we’ve grown considerably since the beginning of “The Bounty Hunter,” our morals and vision has stayed the same. Our commitment to our customers has never wavered, and we’ve built a team of dedicated wine and spirits professionals who make it their jobs to provide exceptional customer service while sharing their passion, knowledge, and experience with our customers, helping to build strong rapport and long-term relationships. These “Wine Scouts” help our customers navigate the world of wine and spirits, creating a truly personalized experience for each customer as they learn to trust their own palate and fill their cellars with great wines from around the world.

Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to set and accomplish goals in a self-starting, limited management environment
- At least 3 years of documented sales experience (wine related sales experience a plus, but not required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS order entry systems, Netsuite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A true passion for wine and spirits
