Job Title: Clinical Manager of Hospice Services, Presque Isle
What You'll Do:

Supervise and guide clinical staff in the provision of hospice services in the home and community. Responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated, delivered and managed appropriately.
What You'll Bring:

Graduate of an NLN accredited professional school of nursing, BSN degree in nursing, or active matriculation in a BSN program preferred

Current RN licensure in the State of Maine and National Hospice Certification within two years of hire. Current CPR certification is required.

A minimum of 3 - 4 years of progressively responsible experience in acute care nursing (Palliative and/or Hospice). One or more years of leadership experience in a Hospice program preferred. Recent experience in a Home Health setting strongly preferred.

Knowledge of health care systems including Hospice and other reimbursement mechanisms, community resources and referral process
