Keystone Human Services has an exciting opportunity for a full time Behavioral Health Specialist!

The Behavioral Health Specialist is an administratively and clinically oriented position, responsible for developing and evaluating Individualized Service Plans and providing behavioral support services to adults living with Autism.
Implement, monitor, evaluate, and update ISP’s, WRAP plans, Behavioral Support Plans, teaching plans and data sheets
Conduct in-home assessments and administer psychological tools to assess each individual’s specific needs
Assist in developing support systems, based on the needs of individuals, by identifying and coordinating a variety of available and applicable services
Supervise a team of Community Support Professionals
Create and incorporate crisis intervention plans and complete HCSIS reports
Assure that administrative records and reports are established and maintained in compliance with policies and regulations
Comply with all policy and procedures, guidelines, standards, laws and contractual obligations
Master’s degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis OR PA Behavior Specialist License OR Master’s degree in a related field with at least 33% ABA course work OR Master’s degree in an unrelated field with at least 50% ABA course work
Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavioral support plans
Experience working with individuals living with autism
Successful completion of criminal background checks and clearances
Valid driver’s license and daily access to a properly insured vehicle
Supervisory and administrative experience is strongly preferred
