Responsibilities:
- Upload customer PO into ERP system by creating sales orders.
- Accurate and timely data entry input into Epicor environment.
-Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.
-Identify and report errors to ensure continuous improvement.
-Organize and update sales orders accurately.
-Reconcile customer's open order reports.
-Work with multiple departments to ensure accurate sales orders.
- Issue RMA numbers to customers.
- Enter/update RMA Sales orders.
-Regularly update sales orders as requested.
Qualifications:
-Motivated and a self-starter requiring little to no supervision
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Familiarity with file management and organization
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors
- Basic math skills for data calculations and verification
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Strong data collection and clerical skills
