As an experienced Software Engineer, your mission is to help lead our team of innovators and technologists toward creating next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run. Your deep knowledge of design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming will help your team raise their game, meeting your standards, as well as satisfying both business and functional requirements. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes
Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
Developing software solutions to provide the business with the necessary tools needed to perform their jobs at an extremely high level
Development and implementation of Web (Java) based on a three-tier approach: front-end, middleware, and database
Required to research new technologies, adapt quickly and provide technical guidance to other team members
Good/Expert understanding of creating REST services
Knowledge of caching technologies as Gemfire etc
Follow Agile, or SCRUM, methodologies
Work with multiple globally distributed teams to deliver high quality products
Qualifications

Solid understanding of service oriented Architecture, object oriented development and design patterns
Java and J2EE development experience (Hands-On).
Spring Framework (Spring CORE, AOP, Messaging, Spring-web, JDBC…etc)
Any RDBMS experience (DB2, ORACLE or SQL Server)
Automated Unit test experience (e.g. Junit)
Basic understanding of network programming
Desirable Skills

HTML5, Web sockets programming (both client and server)
Memory Caches ( GEMFIRE, ehCache ..etc)
ORM frameworks (Hibernate)
JMS (any implementation)
