```Duties:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Safely use and maintain all kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Monitor food quality while preparing and cooking.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or catering setting.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.```
