Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. We prefer at least 5 years of Customer Service skills.
Duties:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, and email
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with customers
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal team to ensure satisfaction
- Provide support in English and Spanish, bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions and products
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is advantageous
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus
