The Sr. Project Manager will provide leadership in support of our enterprise-scale ERP and related core business process initiatives. This is highly dynamic and collaborative role that works closely with all departments and technology teams to consistently provide outstanding service levels, value-driven innovation and compliance-exceeding data security using industry best practices.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Manage multiple parallel IT projects of varying sizes with global, cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and tools
Lead efforts to define and prioritize strategic development roadmaps
Effectively work with all stakeholders to optimally balance needs, resources and results
Oversee day-to-day project schedules, resources and deliverables
Manage direct and indirect team members to drive successful outcomes
Proactively discover risks, issues and opportunities and offer creative solutions
Effectively conduct routine meetings with clients, stakeholders and project teams
Provide functional guidance and leadership to programmers and analysts
Stay current with industry trends and technologies
Performs other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT
Minimum 5+ years of experience leading software development projects
Minimum 3+ years of experience managing enterprise ERP environments
Minimum 2+ years of Agile (e.g. Scrum) project management experience
Experience working with finance, sales, marketing, manufacturing, distribution and e-commerce organizations and a solid understanding of B2B and B2C concepts, strategies, terminologies and methodologies
Management and some “hands on” experience supporting enterprise-scale SaaS applications and related technologies
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight travel
Ability to communicate accurately, succinctly and professionally with all levels of both internal and external customers
Experience with NetSuite preferred
