Paintball Sportsland, Inc. is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Paintball/Airsoft Referee and Maintenance personnel. As a Referee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safety and fair play while maintaining a positive atmosphere. Duties
- Officiate paintball/airsoft games, enforce rules, and make fair decisions
- Ensure fair play and sportsmanship among players
-Make accurate calls and decisions in real-time
-Communicate effectively with players and spectators
-Provide feedback and guidance to players to help improve their playing skills
-Help maintain a safe and clean environment
-Daily cleanup and repairs to equipment
Requirements
-Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations as needed
-Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with players and spectators
-Ability to work weekends and some holidays
-Minimum of 16 years old with reliable transportation
-Some experience and knowledge of the games preferred
Job Type: Year Round
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8-16 hours per week
Schedule: Saturday and/or Sundays
