Job Summary

G2 Secure Staff "G2", the premier provider of airline support services to the airline industry, is looking for hardworking and friendly, representatives to join our team at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) in Charlotte, NC.

We are looking for a candidate to fill an Ramp Operations Management role at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport, NC. The ideal candidate will have had 2 or more years of supervisory experience as well as below the wing in a services industry (preferably contract services). Position would be ideal for a strong Airline Service Supervisor looking to advance into a supervisory role. This position reports to the CLT General Manager.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Manage the day-to-day Service operations with primary responsibility over scheduling/staffing, managing daily budgeted hours, payroll and limiting overtime of the operation. Manage and coordinate with agent and supervisory staff . Train/retrain all personnel in airline/airport procedures, safety procedures, and company policies.; Responsible for the scheduling of all Service employees insuring adequate coverage.; Maintain good employee relations. Handle employee problems in an efficient and effective manner.; Client Relations — Effectively communicate with airline management and project a positive image in responding to inquiries from airlines, staff and the public.; Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement of company objectives.; Perform quality assurance service audits as directed to conform to client specifications and/or procedures.; Perform other duties as requested.

REQUIREMENTS: Motivated leader, willing to roll-up their sleeves and work alongside the employees to achieve customer and client satisfaction.; 2 or more years of experience in a contract service environment preferred.; Operations, Airline or Cleaning/Hospitality experience required.; Working knowledge of financial reports and budgets.; Willingness and ability to relocate if currently living outside the CLT area; Excellent communication skills.; Strong computer skills; Word, Excel, data entry skills; Flexibility, multitasking and experience working in a changing environment.

Must be over age 18, with a HS diploma/GED with all required documents to work in the US -Must be willing to clear a drug test -Must meet necessary requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge.
