Do you love helping people make the right connections? The Agency Growth team is looking for the right colleague to help us grow our salesforce through recruitment of wealth management advisors.
Are you the person others count on to jump in and figure out a problem? If so, Guardian and Park Avenue Securities, a subsidiary of Guardian, is seeking a talent acquisition specialist to join our recruiting team, working to attract and recruit top talent for the financial advisor role with our sales offices.
You are:
A creative doer who excels at helping others implement tools and plans to hit their goals. A people person who still craves time in the office to put your head down and work. Someone who can run a program while still looking for ways to improve or tweak it along the way without coming to a full stop. A person who is comfortable owning work that inherently requires other people to do well for you to succeed.
You will:
Collaborate with internal teams including Park Avenue Securities (PAS) and sales offices nationally to help source and recruit financial advisors
Partner with members of PAS to assess candidate books of business when necessary
Track and manage programs to understand who is using, to what result for what cost
Understand workplace & competitive trends to evolve recruiting
Work with offices to create and implement recruiting plans
Intervene with offices not meeting recruiting targets to course correct
Qualifications
You have:
5+ years of experience in wealth management recruiting to an independent or insurance broker dealer and RIA
Experience working on a recruiting team; executive search firm experience a plus
Knowledge of recruiting market trends, sourcing tools and candidate experience best practices
Experience with candidate segmentation and ability to communicate and train recruiting teams on candidate segmentation
An aptitude for helping and influencing others, managing multiple projects at a time and a desire to have a variety of work and projects
A passion for creating the right systems and processes to manage programs, a mindset and focus on improving processes and leveraging technology
High-energy and enthusiasm for the work you do
A background in training and delivering wealth management recruiting best practices to recruiting teams across the country
A track record of reaching recruiting results
Experience coaching teams to recruiting results, including planning, implementation and tracking results
Location:
Pittsfield, MA/ New Jersey/Bethlehem or work from home flexibility
Up to 20% travel within US
