Daily job duties and responsibilities:

  • Accounting background/ accounting support background
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Office support duties
  • Conflict resolution
  • Answering employee requests and questions
  • Assisting with new employee hiring processes
  • Assisting in conducting audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs (as needed) and recommending corrective actions
  • Assisting with the performance review and termination processes
  • Works with the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters
