- Accounting background/ accounting support background
- Strong Excel skills
- Office support duties
- Conflict resolution
- Answering employee requests and questions
- Assisting with new employee hiring processes
- Assisting in conducting audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs (as needed) and recommending corrective actions
- Assisting with the performance review and termination processes
- Works with the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters
